It could be a training board, but it’s probably just the basic sturdy model. After all, it has to be able to withstand hitting Darius’ hard head. ;)

I actually find the board interesting. It looks like he can ride it while standing on all fours or it may be made to carry more then one. It wouldn’t happen to be a training board?
