    Or it could be a tired and angry demon horse trying to protect it’s owner/caretaker.

    well one way or another they found the demon horse!
    soo…. who wants to bet Darrik is gonna disappear up a tree again?
    The ground behind the horse looks charred… I think it would be wise to run away quickly….

    But that is true Quinn could have found it and directed it where to go… somehow I wouldn’t doubt it…

    yeah, I can definitely see Darrik running up a tree. Maybe just panicking and climing the hillside like lightning.

    The horse and the trapped fox are probably connected, but are they friends or foes? Maybe the cave did not collapse by way of accident?

    Anyway, I have this SWAG that the horse is a genoworks creation, and the fox freed it for one reason or other, then they fled here?

    First, the demon horse has appeared several times in the past, therefore is a regular to the area. Second, the horse just happens to be near the cave that the fox is trapped in. This may not be a “demon” horse but as one person stated, a creature rescued or care for by someone local. Fox trap in a cave, so who is missing from the manor?

    I was thinking that one of the kids will befriend the horse somehow… Like Darrik falling out of a tree on to the horse’s back.
