Although I’d just go for the yelling and swatting her with a rolled up newspaper. Plus, she can sense if you’re really disappointed or angry with her. Quinn really doesn’t want to make other people unhappy. She probably behaves as much as she does to keep everyone happy, while still having fun. 😉
You don’t have to shun them forever! Just long enough that they get the “Don’t do that” message. Although I do think that just telling Quinn what she did wrong and letting her “hear” the disappointed thoughts would work better.
Collin probably wouldn’t cause such trouble in the first place.

You could use administranium for that cage. Of course once something gets inside there is no way to get it back out.
