Actually, sending Syrys is smart since he’s about the only one who can take Rama in a fight. Also, I’d be more worried with simply grabbing Vincent and the other cubs and getting them out of a still potentially hostile area. Talking can wait until their safe back in Akaelae Towers, where Vincent will be more at ease to speak anyway.
5 bucks says Syrus simply demands Vin “Get in the space-van”, and Vin hesitates, wondering if there’s any truth at all in Rama’s tales…

Eh, I don’t think it will be like that – that last frame with Vin in it shows he’s thinking about things – he already knows Rama is trash. How much so is the question, but I doubt he’ll put much stock in what Rama said. That said, I also think any questions of the sort that do occur will come up faster than it will take to get to that ‘space van’. 😉
It’s not really Vin that’s prompting him to go – it’s the fact that Rama is there. Vin being there too just adds urgency to the situation/emotion. Subduing/neutralizing/killing (if only)/containing/capturing Rama is of importance here – it’s the best way to ensure everyone’s safety. Cubs are definitely safer if Rama is contained, yep definitely.
I’m still worried that the first bomb was a trick to get Syrys and his troops close in and distracted with rescue work before a second trap(bomb?) goes off in their faces. 🙁
Syrys looks like he’s about to keel over from age or something right there. There’s just something about him here that makes it look like she’s making a fool of him. XD I can also see this playing out
“I’ll show you!”
“NO!! Just tell me! I will find him myself! You go back to the towers and STAY THERE!”

Huh. Not wholly what I’d expected, but not surprising either.
I’m not sure if Syrys will want to go along, as he should be directing the troops and rescue efforts.
Then again, he probably wants to talk with Vin as soon as possible now that he knows the general area where Vin is.
