Wait, SISTER!? THEY DON’T LOOK RELATED AT ALL!! Unless this is one of those things where everybody in the towers is technically related somehow, so everyone considers themselves to be brothers and sisters…
Both Quinn and Chatin are genetically randomized test tube babies. Because of this, they aren’t biologically related to anyone so they just attached themselves to the people they grew up with.
