Darrik kinda has a point there. It would be cool to have a whole new look, but it wouldn’t seem so cool to have it in order to stay alive.
Vin seems relieved and kind of happy, if you ask me. That is, if I remembered his name correctly. 😛
I do like the coloring and detail in this one. 🙂

I can understand him. nobody likes to see a foreign face in the mirror… something that’s not oneself.
I mean, it’s not like he dyed his fur for fun.
Is it just me or does Darrik have some of the most intense looks in the comic? (Sorry if this doubles; screen stopped halfway through loading after I clicked to submit. Left me with a white browser window so I posted again)
From what little of his accent he lets slip through there is a definite cajun lilt to it, suggesting strongly Louisiana bayou country. The one elder of his family I remember reading had it even thicker than Darrik does. He has apparently lost his accent in recent Akaelae. *peers at Tiff*
I believe that Darrik is from wither Louisiana or somewhere near the swamp parts of Texas. We get a LOT of people that talk like that here in Beaumont. ^_^ I believe the latter is true because he uses words like Fur instead of For, which you get a lot in Texas anyway.
Well, he is speaking another language here, being one of the few people of this planet who even knows what English is, much less speak it, so I imagine that would rather affect his accent(tho I imagine he’d still have one, even if it doesn’t translate to text)

This made me think of a kinda funny thought. Darrik is in the Cythian version of witness protection.
I don’t mind receiving clothes but I dislike clothes shopping.
