I think you’ve got it right Tiggertoo. Sheana and Quinn are sitting to Vin’s left and in the last panel he’s looking to his left (with a snarly look to boot).

I agree with Kaotix. That doesn’t look like Vin’s speech bubble. It looks like someone behind him is saying something.
Don’t forget, Quinn can read a person’s surface thoughts. Quinn probably already knows what Brix, Silver and Tira are talking about.
