   Judging by the comment “blocking my sun” they are trying to sun bath or take a nap in the sun really far above the crowd.

   Hmmmm, sees sunbathing chairs in first panel, waayyyyy down there…. shadows are not too offset (around 2-3 hours before or after noon or so), one wonders how much sun she could block unless its the stone statue talking.

   Of course it could be a cheezy come on line….

    I think whoever is speaking is behind Quinn on the ledge. How did Quinn miss somebody that was already there?
