Anyone looking outside their room…or upwards…will see a lot more of Quinn than she really wanted. Someone needs to tell that girl about only going flying while wearing PANTS.
Plus since Tiff did inform us that Cyantians don’t have a concept of being naked unless their fur is shorn or wet, that implies that even if they did look up and see her undergarments its not like they’d care. Now if it was raining and she didn’t have any underwear, then people would have the deer in head lights look.
I can’t see any Mounties wanting to harm Darrik as a Gold — he’s obviously just a cub, and it wouldn’t be a personal issue with them anyway. However there are a lot of Fox in the Mountie territories — many of which fled to save what little they could from the purge led by the Gold fox — many of them probably took it quite personally and wouldn’t be at all happy to see an apparently Gold fox wandering around. Of course, he’s now with the Princesses (we hope), so that should help (Tira is a genuine Fox Princess as well as an adopted Mountie Princess, though I’m not sure that is public knowledge yet).
…I’ve noticed something odd with your comics lately tiff… grammatical errors, which I’ve NEVER seen in any of your strips ’till now… have you been writing in the speech bubbles when you’re tired?

The artwork and writing directly mimic my state of being at the time they were done. 😛 I’m a bit stressed right now. These were scripted a couple of weeks ago and I know there are other mistakes in other comics recently I have corrected.
It’s also an issue of my new way of scripting where the handwriting is not being converted correctly into text – I may stop converting it and just retype it since it’s easiest.
I’m going to have to do something about the stress soon, probably stop trying to do extra comics.
So our only panty shot is is a pulled back view of an underage Quinn floating downwards. I’m adding Fan Disservice to the Cyantian Tropes page now.
On a serious note: Unfortunately, there are probably people out there who would hurt Darrik if they got the chance. On the plus side, I don’t think he’s with anybody so hostile right now.
Oh, I’m also adding Fanservice to the Cyantian Tropes page if I haven’t already. Though Fanservice is getting added for different reasons.
I bet this makes it easy to find/shut down porn studios. Just look for places that have a sudden and huge jump in water consumption.
Of course, the studios could counter by only building them near unsecured rivers and coasts… And then the authorities counter that by re-securing them… But given their necessarily remote and barely-monitored existence, the studios could counter by bribing the guards… Unless they establish such posts as punishment, which means there’s going to be lots of oversight… GAH!
To be honest this whole discussion has been somewhat disturbing considering the age setting of the characters. Better if it was in regards to Campus Safari or something.
Great expressions, story and art as always tho! I’m looking forward to the story unfolding…
@Tom Redlion: heh, I’m so used to Quinn being Quinn that I didn’t even consider that. He may have seen her arrive in a similar manner though, which would help a little – but regardless, rather an unnerving way to meet Quinn (though truth to tell, meeting Quinn for the first time is pretty much always unnerving 😀 ).
