Sounds more like a type of stone that consistently radiates heat either all the time or at least during winter.
There could be other reasons it’s always warm.
Likely just a geothermal feature here. I think when Cisco wakes up, He’s going to be surprized.
Radioactive, maybe? Unpurified uranium deposits are always warm.
