Well, yeah. Rama’s become a creepy old man who uses and abuses where he wants without concern for others or the consequences of his actions. (Save for his own well being and his legacy.) Which, I suspect, is half of the point of this segment of the comic. Driving home the point that Rama is well beyond irredeemable.
Also, I love Filaire’s quick wit in replying to Rama’s amorality and advances. She can think on her feet. She’s just thinking with a potentially self destructive type of pragmatism when she chooses to serve Rama. Unless I miss my guess.
OK, now THAT’s sexual harassment. Rama is cruising for a lawsuit. Since HR can’t make him go to sensitivity training, Legal is going to need to talk to him.
Seems he reguards Cyantians (and probably all sapient life) in a very poor light. Most consider calling one an “animal” as a severe insult, as having no soul or any capability for rational thought.

I can see that Rama inherited all his fathers worst traits and practically non of his good ones.
