I wonder how much castle there was over that chamber. Depending on the roof thickness, there might not be too much rubble when all is said and done. Then again, I’m still leaning toward a Quinn and/or Mercial extraction via teleportation.
The suspense is killing me! Good job on that Tiff. It proves you’ve created characters that the audience can connect with and care about and it proves that you can build suspense.
Even with certain character’s full body Plot Armor, I’m STILL worried about them.

@Osk: There’s five young furs in that cavern. We’re missing TWO. Silver and Safiri are still down there.
The problem is, Safiri isn’t wearing any of that magic armor.

Heh. Unfortunately, Plot Armor isn’t effective against broken bones, concussions, lesser injuries, guilt, parental wrath and permanent grounding.
Safiri has her own type of armor on. It’s not as good as Silver’s Plot armor, but it’s a good set of armor. Though I’ll say no more about it.
And the boys are feeling left out because they’re falling behind.
