This is pretty much what I expected. The old castle was built into what I’m guessing is a section of cliff face. The passage into the Pool of Lights was angled down, so they were below ground.
Excavation and/or teleportation rescue it is. And also:
I’d say something like “That…was WAY too close”, except that, for two individuals, it was, quite literally, too close.
Fingers crossed, and hopping that the plot armor dosen’t give way to random changes in the future. Cause’ Silver’s awesome, and it’d be a full round of depression all-around if she went and got herself killed by a stinkin’ cave-in.

Silver really needs an attitude adjustment — I like Silver a lot, but man, right now she’s mad, bad, and dangerous to know – OK, she’s not really bad, but it ruins the expression without it. 🙂 She has no idea of real limits or consequences — she needs to learn that there are real dangers and real, nasty, even fatal things that can happen – to anyone. Real life is not just a game and a lark — perhaps this is where she learns it. Also, I dearly love seeing the shivae carrying Tira to safety in these last two comics.
If I’m not mistaken, Darrik should be around there somewhere, and he might pull off some sort of unheard of trick.. though, bad things do happen, and I’m wondering how the other two are going to survive this.

Silver will survive but Syrys will be all over her when they dig her out. She almost got four children killed and caused a cave in. That girls is going to be grounded for the rest of the season 🙂
