Whoa! Atrophy disease?! Genetic! Those have to be the Rummah (or however you spell it.)

A genetic disease and thousands of years of cryo-sleep does point to the greys being the Rumuah.
Poor girl. It’s unlikely that there’s a cure for her people’s disease even now.

Wonder if the Rumuah fell victim to cellular mitosis degradation. They were such adept genetic engineers it is easy to believe they tried the techniques on their own species.

Listening to this points to this being one of two possible species: Ramuah, or possibly an enclave of Cil, who, if folk remember correctly, were also wasting away. A narrowed-down target indeed!

I’m leaning more towards the Rumuah: ShivaeWiki reports that the Cil need a host body because they can’t survive in Terran/Cyantian environment on their own. And unless these are genetically engineered bodies designed for them…

It also states that most of the species have permanently engineered themselves into hybrids of assorted alien races (the ones responsible for the weres were part of a minority who hadn’t).
But with the latest one it looks even more likely she’s a Rumuah
