One hopes Rad wasn’t smelling humans roasting that attracted her appetite. Of course with Rads track record so far she’s well on her way to becoming a super hero dinosaur.

Reports are coming of a velociraptor terrorizing a fast food joint, leading police on a foot pursuit, then saving three people and a dog (just because) from their house that was totally engulfed. Officials refused to comment, other than to say they have the situation under control.”
What I don’t get is why it seems to be present day now, at the beginning it said that humans attacked their planet 10 years before and that they were going to Mars for some kind of foreign exchange program in a babylon 5ish sort of peacemaking dealie. I ASSUMED that meant it was set in the far future. Are there DIFFERENT humans who are more advanced somewhere then?
Humans didn’t attack their planet, they just ignorantly armed a highly dangerous Cyantian in exchange for some tech, a deal that they were jilted on so there’s a little bit of resentment.
