Well, this first contact is going pretty easy. I think. Barring some sleep deprivation silliness incurred silliness or some unforeseen incident.

Well to be fair, I would figure this as a less then first contact and more of a first meeting.
I would figure the natives knew about other races that lived on this planet, but have little contact with them.
