I’m trying to decide if that little ‘flash’ around the wrist-band is an indication of “sudden revelation” or if it indicates it has some “power” to contain Quinn. I imagine Quinn has been around long enough to be studied for control methods, and perhaps Australia is where the studies were done? To keep it a secret from Quinn?? If it works… GOOD JOB!! 😉 🙂 🙂
