And the waterfall would probably generate a certain amount of ambient noise in that building. It probably wouldn’t be a problem for people who live there, but I’m betting some guests would have trouble adjusting.
And all of that white noise would play plu perfect hell with any listening devices. No matter who made them and how good they are. Excellent when you want privacy.
