Chapter 2 begins with MORE characters I've never shown before! These three are quite a bit different from the characters in Chapter 1. Sani is obviously an African Wild Dog. Elaric is the male on the right, he's a maned wolf. Laur is the one on the far left and I haven't said what he is, because I like seeing people trying to guess. They're all predators and better trained than the prior group, although not all that successful. These three are important. Very, very, VERY important!!

Knowing you, Laur’s species is going to either be from North America, Africa, or Australia. Elaric is pretty much the first Genoworks species we’ve seen that doesn’t come from those places but that’s only branching out to South America.

Hmm. All predator. That rules out “wallaby”.
Opossum? Aardvark? Predatory rat/mouse of some kind? Random canine or feline subspecies? *Throws all the remaining guesses against the wall and sees if one sticks.*

The shape of the head reminds me of a Tasmanian Wolf… which in a way would be cool if he was ^_^

I was right. Australia. Shame that the Terran kind went extinct before this story could have ever happened. (1936)
