I think even Rama would notice it if a lightning bolt struck him. I just checked how much voltage is in a lightning bolt and it is anywhere from between 100 million volts to a billion. And Vincent has this kind of power at his fingertips, I KNEW he was awesome!

Vin’s attack puts Darrik’s little move against the “Demon Horse” to shame.
This is a properly impressive attack, no matter who you are or what you can do. Darrik’s attack came from an internal source. Vin’s was external. He can probably do this again., any time he wants.
Actually, does he even need to become a technomage at this point? What exactly do technomages do and how do they make a living at it? In short, what’s their function in society? I can understand militarily how useful they’d be but what else are they good for?
Technomages can range from artists to soldier and anything in between.
Their function in society depends on what they want to do. Although, I’m honestly not sure what jobs would have “technomage” as a requirement or resume enhancer.
Spec Ops trooper comes to mind, and Artist is the other one that was mentioned.
Sculptor is most likely. But painting and other forms of art are likely possible for a technomage.
Sculpting could be accomplished by stripping molecules away from a solid block with technomagery, or by adding material to a template or building it from nothing instead.
Painting and other art forms would likely only be a matter of manipulating the tools.

Vincent just watched one yellow/gold vixen be murdered right in front of him while he could do nothing. Maybe he was determined that it not happen again and aimed more at The Boys threatening Filaire to prevent a recurrence?
looks like Vin is getting struck by an actual lightning strike then chaneling it into rama and the other 2. plus at 100 volts per inch of air the bolt has to arc through means even if its not a total ko those 3 are getting knocked on their asses
even though it may leave some of them furless, I think the more drastic effect would be deafness. I don’t think any of them were shielding their ears on this one. It will, however, draw a lot of attention their way by anyone in the air, unless it makes them want to stay away…

It seems Vin may have a weather control ability, this storm was brewed up from his absolute rage, and he couldn’t send this bolt flying until he’d stepped outside (giving him a line between himself and the sky). None-the-less, this was impressive, and should he master his control of it, he’ll be able to direct lightning from a storm in a much more focused and powerful way, not to mention any other powers he may have that stems from this ability.
That is precisely what I was getting at, it just seemed that, now that everyone has seen it, many have forgotten about it, and I felt like popping bubbles :p.

Based on his stance, it’s clear that he’s directing those bolts, and I wonder if Rama will realize that or blame it on chance. I do hope Filaire is alright; besides being cute, it seems she may be turning toward the Light Side. ^.^
