Hmmmmm…Took a minute for Quinn to think of what she was thinking at the time.
Obviously being a bit spontaneous to act has it’s faults where thinking and remembering are concerned. Either that or she had to make something up to answer him.
Yeah. You really can see the “Oh, I COULD have been hurt there!” moment on her face in the first panel, and her gratitude for the assist in the second.
I think it should have been written more like:
Iiiiii Looooooooooove yooooooooou!
Colin is Quinn’s brother, and he is angry at Quinn for getting her into these things. She sees he’s angry, and teasingly gives the classic family line for simultaneously mocking and defusing anger.
