@Elithril> He hardly needs a training camp, as a single personnel shuttle and a good pilot who can go terrain-skimming means, even at subsonic speeds, they can be VERY far away in a very short time. Training camp could be quite a distance off, and even be camouflaged as a pleasant estate.
In all truth, the Cyantians don’t seem to be the paranoid folk humans tend to be, and I don’t know whether they’d have high-level satellite surveillance on call. Without that, someone puts down in the woods, well, hard to find is an understatement.
@Hariman: If memory serves, Oran was found with Noira. AS such, I don’t think he has that particular trophy.
@Mika Kyubi: I simply must agree with you on the surveilance sat issue. I’ve found my house on sat-imaging and I can sometimes get a hint of whether of not my cars are parked out in front of the place. Parked under a tree’s canopy….

I wonder what lie Rama has set up for Vin’s “Benefit”.
My best guess is Oran’s head on a pike and the lie that Oran went berserk/O.D’d and killed Vin’s Mother, Noiya.
