I don’t think Sheana is Darius’s cousin. Sheana is Shean Tibal’s daughter while Darius is Alpha’s grandson. There’s really no indication on whether Shean and Alpha are related other than the fact that they were the first generation of elites/genetically engineered pit fighters.
