Supporting the comic via Patreon would be great (I tied This Patreon to shivae.space and gives you access to everything for $3 a month, including the Kiet rough draft novel)! I also have Ko-fi, but it doesn’t receive the automatic updates. It’s more of a pass through to avoid Patreon. I have a second Patreon that is tied to shivae.net.  This Patreon is for my novels and has a couple updating at a time at a chapter a week. No comics, more Black Rose Universe content like Keeljoy, my Atlantean story and my Dragonfae stories. Rough drafts as I write them.

I do have my listing of books on Amazon as well as a wishlist.  I’m also doing Domestika courses.

Campus Safari 20 – 02

  1. When a building gets suddenly blown up like a terrorist attack happened you need to be way way more than a mile away if you want to avoid people finding you, because they’ll certainly be sweeping the area looking for clues as to who blew the building up and I doubt they’ve been able to do much if anything to cover up their pawprints leaving the area.

  2. I’m surprised, considering if I recall properly Jenny is from Germany, that she’s not using metric. Truth be told, I’m a bit surprised the Cyantians aren’t using either a) their native measurement system or b) metric (I sincerely doubt, despite their Terran origins, that their foot and the standard foot are the same, considering the late nature of standardization, plus that they’d use a system that is currently used in only one place on the world as the sole measurement system (and even then isn’t, as the military went over years ago).

    1. Probably just the use of the standard literary convention that everything’s conveniently converted to English units for the sake of simplicity, instead of having to add footnotes everywhere a measurement comes up explaining what it is in English.

    2. That and I left off they’d likely be using a base-8 instead of a base-10 numeric system which would be a pain to deal with, more detail than’s really needed.

    3. Or it’s simply because I didn’t think about it. 😀
