Without any context, this page looks like your typical college drama webcomic. It really bugs me considering that we’re really following two cryptids created as a result of alien tampering that are hiding for their lives and I like it.
Well, technically, they’re super powered part alien hybrids with human minds and personalities and Twinky probably just needs a hug. And a better apartment. And a new girlfriend. ;D

In most stories, there are early points in which the actions seem fairly tame and usual, but which are leading towards the main story.
But that’s OK, because we know that there is more going on than meets the eye.
And in a sense, even the unusual characters have some degree of the ordinary in them, or else we wouldn’t be able to relate at all.
