It may be his browser. I’m on an old MacBook Pro at the moment, and if I use Safari the comment required message comes up for me as well. If I switch to Firefox it works fine.

I am unable to comment in Draco Vulpes whenever I do I keep getting the red Comment Required

Not sure why you can comment on one but not others. I just updated the theme so maybe that will fix it.
