Um, no, we don’t. Or at least I don’t anyway, unless that’s a reference to the “Bull Complex”. Also, that lazy-eyed red fox reminds me of myself for some reason. As for everything in general, I just thought of something. Back when they said, “How can kids so young fight so well,” did it ever occur to them that THEY are practically the same age? If they are the same age, they can’t really complain if they were chosen to fight as well.
Dr. FrostyClaw, er, I mean, Dr. Claw: All of the foxes, save Filaire, have various amounts of “expendable” written all over them. Although the grey (blue? silver?) female fox has “overconfidence” written on her face.
I have no doubt that Rama would leave the majority of his underlings to a grisly fate if he thought it would help him escape.
Do you know what henchmen do? The do “evil” things like guarding places, getting killed by the hero, and getting executed by the villain for failing to kill the hero. I’d be surprised if any of these minions survive the story.
Eh, the blue has a look of “who cares” across her face. Though I have a feeling the blue may have the most skill in this situation, thus a bit of over confidence.
Unfortunately Celina’s face screams @^(@^!%%%_%$*(@%$*%%% MURDER)&)^(%_(^(*%*$*%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And thats bad, for everyone within paw’s reach when she finally gets loose.
The bad news is that the foxes have bound the cubs’ entire forearms together, instead of just their hands. I’d call it excessive, but I’d probably want to hogtie them and carry them on litters, unconscious, just to be safe.
And I believe the applicable saying is; “If looks could kill, they’d be dead already.”
I don’t know if Cyantian tech allows for such, but if I wanted to tie up a genetic Elite, I’d be making DAMN sure that there’s monomolecular thread laced into the bindings, so that if they pull too tight, well, ker-snnickt go arms. And then WARN them about it, so they don’t do something stupid. Heck, I’d settle for bluffing that and using one REAL trapped version as an “example”, with a waste of some meat (and no, I don’t mean a person).

I don’t think they’re the same age, foxes are short remember?
hariman
Wow. They even muzzled Celina. They really deserve the death glares she’s giveing them right now.
Also, I wonder how long it’s going to be before Darius starts to show them that their control of the area isn’t complete.

Any moment now, I’m expecting a well-placed “!”
Chrome
Hm – she had the right to remain silent; but she needed a little help…

Wait, wait, wait a second. I thought you weren’t updating?

This one was done, so I let it. 🙂

Okay so I, apparently, posted in the wrong place. Here’s another try…
I like Celina’s muzzle wrap, and expression. 🙂
And, now Darius knows he’s not the only one still loose.
And… What is that white, oblong shape in the tree with Darius?? A blank ‘thought’ bubble?
hariman
I think it’s an ellipsis (the “…”). Only vertical.
If Darius’ hearing is good enough, he also knows that he has to stay alert for any potential fox patrols.
Iron Ed
So Darius’ thought processes are ‘different’ from others’? 🙂 🙂 🙂
hariman
Either that, or he’s just confused right now.
Silverwolf
Wait…Darius has that nanotech staff…all he needs to do is garrotte them from above over and over, silent kills…
