Welp, I know what’s wrong with my eyes. I went in to a retina specialist today and got my diagnosis…as well as a needle in my left eye to deliver medicine. I have diabetic retinopathy. If it’d gone on six months longer, I’d go blind. So my treatment path is another visit in four weeks to get three medications in both eyes at $3k. Hopefully that will get me to November when I can hopefully get insurance and pay for laser surgery to correct the problem.

At least now I know what’s causing the problems. :/ Still not back in my house, but when I am, I will be plowing back into work asap. Edit: Trying to figure out why the image is broken. 🙁

Pushing back the time of the usual update to Midnight CST – which is when it’s SUPPOSED to update. 😀 I just haven’t really bothered to change it because I don’t mind. 😉 In any case, Darius #1’s cover. The final book will cost $7 via Indyplanet and $3.00 for the digital version once they get that up. ALL of the books currently on Indyplanet WILL be available as digital downloads for your ipad/android/pc etc. New books will cost around half of the publish price. The prices will lower as time goes by. This one is 52 full color pages, full comic book size and I will be offering a limited number of signed issues for $15 each, which will include shipping cost in the US/Canada/Mexico. Since I have not placed the order, it will likely take over a month for me to get them (and this time I’m going to print out all the envelopes before hand. 😀 I will also be including some other goodies with it, like postcard prints of the cover and one of the artsy interior images and other small things people might suggest? I’m so bad at this… been doing it for over a decade and I still don’t know what to offer.
